All You Need to Know
What treatments are included?
Pre- Plus includes one facial every month, from any of our Advanced Facials, Specialist Facials or Hydrafacials. Your £95 membership fee is applied as a credit toward that facial, charged at 20% off the menu price, so you only pay the difference at checkout.
As an example, take the Deep Dive Facial, £140 on our menu. As a member, that drops to £112, and your £95 monthly credit goes straight towards it. That just leave £17 to pay on the day.
What is the minimum commitment?
Memberships come with a minimum commitment of 3 months. This allows you to experience the benefits of consistent care, and also enjoy the benefits of being part of the community. After the initial term, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis.
What other benefits do members receive?
Members also enjoy 10% off retail products, brows, lashes and waxing treatments, plus 20% off any additional facials booked beyond your monthly credit. You'll also receive invitations to curated, members-only studio events with other like minded brand partners.

Our members-only events are where expertise and experience come together beautifully. Intimate evenings with our skin experts, giving you closer access to the treatments, technology, and results you care about. Expect deep dives, wellness-led activities, mini treatments, product launches, and the chance to connect with fellow members.
We also host a curated line-up of trusted brand partners, sharing insider knowledge, innovations, and exclusive perks. You'll leave with a beautiful goody bag: a handpicked edit to elevate your routine long after the night ends.
Can I book additional facials outside of my membership allowance?
You're always welcome to book facials beyond your monthly credit. You'll receive 20% off any additional facials, giving you the freedom to personalise your routine whenever you need a little extra.
