Pre- Plus Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions between the undersigned member ("Member") and Pre-Studios Limited ("Pre-") for participation in the Pre- Plus Membership Programme. By signing this Agreement, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

A. 30-Day Trial Terms & Conditions

A.1 Trial Minimum Term

The Pre- Plus trial period is a fixed minimum term of thirty (30) days from the trial start date.

A.2 Trial Fees and Refunds

All trial fees are non-refundable once payment has been taken, except where required by law. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for unused services, non-attendance, or Member unavailability during the trial period.

A.3 Transition to Full Membership

If the Member elects to continue on Pre- Plus at any point during the 30-day trial, the membership term will commence on the day immediately following the final day of the trial period.

A.4 Continuation After Trial

On transition from trial, the Member continues on Pre- Plus, subject to Pre-'s current membership terms, pricing, and availability.

A.5 Application of Membership Terms

Unless expressly varied in this Clause A, all other provisions of this Agreement apply to trial participants.

1. General Terms

This Agreement governs enrolment in Pre- Plus. By joining, the Member agrees to comply with all terms set out herein and acknowledges that Pre-'s professional team will guide treatment frequency to protect skin health and optimise results.

2. Membership Terms

Membership: Pre- Plus

Price: £95 per month

Initial Term: Three (3) consecutive months from the date of sign-up.

Rolling Period: After the initial term, the membership continues on a rolling basis with 30 days' written notice required for cancellation.

Member Photo Requirement: Each Member will have a photo taken in-studio for ID verification and profile association.

2.1 Membership Benefits

The monthly £95 fee is applied as a credit toward one (1) facial treatment per calendar month, charged at 20% off the standard menu price. The amount due at checkout is the discounted facial price, less the £95 monthly credit.

Eligible facial treatments include any facial from the following categories on the Pre- menu: Advanced Facials, Specialist Facials, and Hydrafacials.

Additional facial treatments booked within the same calendar month also receive 20% off the standard menu price. The £95 credit applies once per month only, and the full discounted price is payable for any additional facials.

Members also receive:

•       10% off brows, lashes, waxing and retail products

•       Complimentary beverages in-studio

•       A complimentary tote bag on joining

•       Invitations to in-studio Members' events

•       One annual voucher for a friend or family member to receive a complimentary Deep Dive facial (£140 menu price) or Signature Hydrafacial (£150 menu price)

•       Milestone rewards, including complimentary treatments or products, at 4, 8 and 12 months of membership

Expiry of Monthly Credit

The £95 monthly credit must be applied within the calendar month to which it relates. Unused credit does not roll over, and no cash refund, alternative credit, or exchange will be offered.

Pre- reserves the right to modify or substitute the treatments eligible for the monthly credit in line with updated technology, product ranges, or professional judgment.

3. Payment, Cancellation & Pricing

Payment: Fees are billed monthly in advance via direct debit, on the same calendar day (or closest weekday) to the date of sign-up. The Member authorises Pre- (or its appointed payment processor) to automatically collect fees on a recurring basis. Any changes to billing details must be updated immediately to avoid service interruption.

Failed Payment: If the Member's direct debit payment fails through no fault on the part of Pre-, Pre- will attempt to collect payment up to three (3) times over a 72-hour period. If payment fails on the third attempt, the membership will be suspended immediately. The Member will not be able to book or attend treatments until payment is resolved. Repeated failed payments may lead to permanent cancellation at Pre-'s discretion. Pre- reserves the right to recover all outstanding amounts owed, including reasonable administrative and recovery costs.

Cancellation: Cancellation during the initial agreed term is not permitted. After the initial term, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice by email to memberships@prestudios.co.

Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been taken, except where required by law. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, unused services, or Member unavailability.

Freeze: Members may freeze their membership for up to 30 days in any 12-month period.

4. Bookings & Appointment Management

Appointments are subject to therapist availability and must be booked in advance.

Where a Member requests a specific therapist, Pre- reserves the right to provide an alternative therapist if the requested therapist is unavailable.

Members must maintain a valid payment card on file.

5. Cancellations & No Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show), or cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, will incur a £50 fee. On the third late cancellation, reschedule or no-show within a 3-month period, the Member's monthly £95 credit will be forfeited for that calendar month.

6. Transfers and Refunds

Memberships are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

A Member may pause their membership for up to 30 days within a 12-month period.

Requests for early termination due to relocation or medical necessity may be approved upon submission of supporting documentation.

Pre- reserves the right to request evidence before processing any cancellation outside normal terms.

7. Health & Medical Considerations

All treatments are subject to suitability, assessed during consultation.

Pre- reserves the right to postpone or refuse treatment if medically inadvisable.

Members must disclose any changes to their health, medications, or skincare routines prior to each appointment.

Pre- may amend, substitute, or decline treatments in the interest of safety or clinical appropriateness.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in suspension or termination of membership.

8. Amendments & Changes

Pre- may amend, vary, or update the terms of this Agreement, the benefits of the membership, or the pricing, at any time with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to Members.

Such notice will be deemed given when sent by email to the Member's registered email address or communicated via official Pre- channels.

Continued use of membership services after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If a Member does not agree with the changes, they may cancel their membership before the changes take effect by providing written notice within that 30-day period.

This clause ensures Pre- can adapt its services, pricing, and policies to reflect evolving business, regulatory, or operational needs.

9. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

•       Attend all appointments on time and comply with Pre-'s studio policies, hygiene, and conduct guidelines.

•       Provide accurate and updated medical and personal information.

•       Maintain up-to-date payment details and contact information.

•       Respect Pre-'s staff and clients at all times.

Pre- reserves the right to refuse service or terminate membership where conduct is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive.

10. Liability

All treatments are undertaken at the Member's own risk.

Pre- shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in this Agreement limits Pre-'s liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Members must follow all pre- and post-treatment advice provided. Failure to do so may void any right to claim for dissatisfaction or adverse effects.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Pre- processes all Member data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Data is stored securely and used solely for the purposes of service delivery, communication, and compliance.

Clinical photos and treatment records may be retained with consent to ensure consistent care and quality.

Members have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.

12. Termination by Pre-

Pre- reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice where:

•       The Member repeatedly fails to attend appointments or breaches booking policies.

•       There is a material breach of this Agreement.

•       The Member engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.

•       False or misleading medical information is provided.

Upon termination, any unused portion of the initial term will be forfeited, and access to membership benefits revoked.

13. Force Majeure

Pre- shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, pandemics, equipment failure, or acts of God.
