Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our Website or booking our Services.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms govern your use of www.prestudios.co (the “Website”), our social media platforms (the “Social Media”), and any salon booking made online, by phone or in-person (a “Booking”). They also govern your receipt of any beauty treatment services provided at any Pre Studios location (the “Services”).
1.2 The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pre Salons Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11711501 with a registered office at International House, 6 South Molton Street, London, W1K 5QF.
1.3 The terms “you” and “your” refer to any user of our Website, Social Media, or any individual making or benefiting from a Booking or Service.
1.4 By using our Website or Social Media, or by making a Booking, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website, Social Media, or make a Booking.
1.5 You must be at least 16 years old to make a Booking.
1.6 Our Website uses cookies. By continuing to use it, you agree to our use of cookies in line with our Privacy and Cookies Policy: https://www.prestudios.co/privacy-policy
1.7 If making a Booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their full consent and agreement to these Terms. You indemnify us for any loss arising from failure to obtain such consent.
1.8 These Terms apply to all changes to a Booking, including additions, substitutions, or changes of recipient.
2. Intellectual Property and Copyright
2.1 All content on the Website and Social Media (the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to Pre Salons Limited.
2.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Website content for personal use only, subject to these Terms.
2.3 You may not republish, reproduce, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written consent, except sharing excerpts for personal, non-commercial use on social media platforms.
2.4 All copyright notices must be retained and not removed or altered.
3. Website Use
3.1 You may view, download for caching, and print pages from the Website for personal use only.
3.2 You must not:
Use the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes;
Introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access;
Use data scraping, bots or other automated tools without our prior written consent.
3.3 We may restrict or withdraw access at any time, without notice.
4. Registration and Account Security
4.1 You must be 16 or over to register or make a Booking.
4.2 If you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information, choose a secure password, and keep your account details confidential.
4.3 You are responsible for all use of your account.
5. Making Bookings and Purchasing Gift Cards
5.1 Follow the steps on our Website to book treatments, sign up for memberships or buy gift cards.
5.2 Prices are shown on the Website and may change. Changes won’t affect prior confirmed Bookings.
5.3 Card details are taken to secure a Booking but will not be charged unless specified.
5.4 We may contact you to reschedule Bookings if necessary.

5.6 Gift cards:
Are valid for 12 months;
Are non-refundable;
Are transferable to someone meeting the conditions in these Terms.
6. Cancellation and Consumer Rights
6.1 We may cancel any Booking for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or staff unavailability. No charge will be made if we cancel.
6.2 You may cancel or amend your Booking as permitted by our cancellation policy shown at time of booking.
6.3 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel purchases of digital gift cards or services bought online within 14 days, unless services have begun with your express consent before that period expires.
7. Conduct in Salons
7.1 Children under 12 are not permitted; those aged 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and a signed consent form is required.
7.2 Clients or guests causing disruption may be asked to leave.
7.3 No smoking or intoxication is allowed on the premises.
7.4 Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by individuals aged 18 or over. Valid ID may be required (Challenge 25 policy).
7.5 Promotions are valid for the lesser of six months or the stated expiry. We may revoke any promotion without notice.
7.6 If you are unwell with symptoms of contagious illness (including COVID-19), please do not attend.
8. Health Disclosures
8.1 You must disclose relevant health information when Booking. Failure to do so may result in refusal of treatment without refund.
Examples include:
Allergies, infections, pregnancy;
Recent operations or ongoing treatment;
Skin conditions, open wounds, or recent exposure to sun.
9. Our Responsibilities
9.1 We aim to keep our Website accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee it is error-free or that Services will meet your specific needs.
9.2 We may suspend or alter the Website or Services at any time.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory duty under UK law.
10.2 Subject to 10.1:
Our liability is limited to the value of your Booking or gift card purchase;
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss;
We are not liable for business-related loss.
10.3 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
11. Indemnity
11.1 You agree to indemnify us against all claims and costs resulting from your breach of these Terms.
12. Third Party Sites
12.1 Our Website and Social Media may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
13. Changes to Terms
13.1 We may update these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on our Website.
13.2 Continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Assignment
14.1 We may transfer our rights under these Terms to another organisation. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
15. Severance
15.1 If any part of these Terms is held to be unlawful, the rest remain in force.
16. Third Party Rights
16.1 No one other than you or us has any rights under these Terms.
17. Entire Agreement
17.1 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us.
18. Governing Law
18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
18.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
