What is the Membership Trial?
A simple way to try any of our membership tiers for 30 days. You get full access to the treatments and perks included in your chosen tier, with no long-term commitment. Just come in, experience it properly, and see if it works for you and your skin.
Who is it for?
New clients who haven’t been Pre- members before. If you’re curious but not quite ready to commit, this was made for you.
How do I book the trial?
You’ll begin with a short phone call with our Studio Manager. It’s a chance to understand your skin goals, lifestyle and expectations so we can recommend the right tier for you. If it’s a good fit, we’ll get your trial set up straight after.

Why do I need a call first?
Because memberships aren’t one-size-fits-all. The call helps us make sure you’ll genuinely benefit, and that the tier you trial suits how often you can visit and what you want from your skin. It also gives you space to ask questions before you decide.
What’s included during the trial?
Everything in the tier you trial, from facials and skin scans to member perks. It’s the full experience, not a sample, not a reduced offering.
Do I have to commit after the 30 days?
No. If you decide it isn’t for you, that’s fine. If you love the structure (most do), we’ll convert your trial into an ongoing membership so your routine stays consistent.
Can I try more than one tier?
Just one. The trial is designed to give you clarity on which tier is best for you.
