All You Need to Know
What treatments are included?
Your membership includes Advanced, Hydrafacial, and Maintenance Facials. Microneedling on the neck and back facials aren’t included, but can be added separately whenever you need them.
How many facials can I redeem every month?
To protect your skin’s natural rhythm, your membership includes up to two Advanced or Hydrafacials per month, and two Maintenance Facials. Anything more can overwhelm the skin and we’re focused on healthy progress and achieving the best results for you.
What is the minimum commitment?
Memberships come with a minimum commitment of 3 months. This allows you to experience the benefits of consistent care, and also enjoy the benefits of being part of the community. After the initial term, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis.
Can I book other treatments from the menu that aren’t included in the membership?
You’re always welcome to book treatments beyond your membership. Anything not included can be added so you can personalise your routine whenever it suits you.
