What treatments are included?
Your membership includes all Custom, Advanced, Hydrafacial, and Curated facial treatments. Treatments like microneedling on the neck and back facials aren’t included, but can be added separately whenever you need them.
How many facials can I redeem every month?
To protect your skin’s natural rhythm, your membership includes up to one facial per week. More than that can be overwhelming for your skin—and we’re here for progress, and to get the best results for you.
How many injectable treatments are included?
The Refine membership includes eight injectable treatments. These are spaced at two every three months to support natural, consistent results, helping you maintain your look with ease over time.
What injectable treatments are included?
This includes Custom Anti-Wrinkle, Skin Boosters, Profhilo, and Polynucleotides. Masseter toxin is not included but can be purchased separately.
What is the minimum commitment?
Founding Memberships come with a minimum commitment of 6 months. This allows you to experience the long-term benefits of consistent care, and enjoy the benefits of being part of the community. After the initial term, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis.
Can I book other treatments from the menu that aren’t included in the membership?
You’re always welcome to book treatments beyond your membership. Anything not included can be added at the standard menu price—so you can personalise your routine whenever it suits you.
